Do I have meningitis?

I have these tiny tiny tiny red dots, not really spots but like pinprick red dots, on both of my arms in random areas, I’ve never noticed them before. I’m scared. I remember seeing some advert for mengitis saying if you press a glass against the spots and they dont disappear its mengitis. I looked it up on google and I seem to have a few of the syptoms..but I dont know if I’m just paranoid. help?

if you think you have meningitis it won’t hurt to go to the doctor, that is your best options. some symptoms could mean other things. have you ever had chicken pox? I would go see the doctor though, they will be able to tell your for sure and get you treatment. best of luck!

no its not not keratosis pilaris because my dots arent bumps, they are just little pin prick red dots, look a bit like dots of blood

hmm mine arent actually bumps, they’re little dots but you know it could be anything… you may want to see the dr…

is it on the upper part of your arms on the outsides? because those are normal… nothing to worry about… some people just have them… it’s called Keratosis Pilaris http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Keratosis_pilaris
