How can you meet rich people and work for them?

Sorry this seems to me a very bad question but the thing is that I have work for many companies and they are only interesting in make money for themselves and they want to exploit you to death with the same wage forever while they are getting richer every year. Thats life….If you want to earn more than most then open your own business…if you are not capable then work for some one else until you are….if even then you still are not capable….Work for the ones who are,show what your worth is and you will get a pay increase …..do what you have to do to survive….Survival of the fittest.
