Master cleanser, does it help you to loss weight

I’m going to start this master cleanser diet, aka lemonade diet…I read alittle on it and I not sure if I will lose any fat off of my body. Form what I read it basically water weight. I am thinking about doing some excerise well I’m on this diet, like speed walking of 45 minutes 5 times a week…does anyone know anything about this diet? And does it work better for fat loss with an excerise program?

btw if you do it, excersize or youll gain the weight back.. also you need to startt eating SLOWLY after the diet.. dont throw everything back into your diet or ull get fat.

with any exercise program you will lose fat or water weight. I dont know anything about this diet but if it is only drinking lemonade it wont do you any good. speed walking or walking will be good for you. for better fat loss walk up hills. at regular speed. it helps you lose weight faster than speedwalking on flat straight sidewalk. I got more to say but if thats enough ok. if not just funmail me.

There are lots of speed diets around, but the only thing that is going to KEEP that weight off is a combo of regular exercise and a sensible long-term diet where you cut down on the fats, increase the vegetables and fruits, and don’t overdo the carbohydrates or the salt.

Sure, it can feel great to lose a lot of weigh quickly… but it’s no fun when the pounds start coming back on again. And they will, unless you exercise, and maintain a good diet.
