hmm I dont know any foods that help you lose weight but what I do know is that instead of drinking water with normal room temperature try drinking COLD water instead..like from the fridge or something.It DOES NOT make you lose weight but it helps you lost weight a little..I heard this from my sister. hope it helps a lil
If you eat eggs for breakfast they tend to keep you full for longer than cereal or toast so you are less likely to have unhealthy snacks before lunch :)
Drink a glass of water everyday with lemon in it. Raises your metabolism a treat :)
