when I ware eye liner on the bottom part of my eye (where the lashes start by my eye) it always ends up smearing and running to the bottom of my lashes is there anything I can do that could keep that from happening? I do ware mascara to
its probably because of how much you`re putting on. if I were you, I would draw a thin line on the white part of your lower lashline. or on your bottom lid, just under the lash line, draw a smooth line & take a brush & smudge it out, but blend it. & take a goldish colour & blend that on top :) fun mail me for more makeup tips.
Umm I thnk it happens with everyone I use a certain eye liner it doesnt happen that much with me if it does it looks nice as if it was supposed to be like that Message me if you wanna know the brand
YOU HAVE TO USE A WATERPROOF EYELINER. IT WILL NEVER RUN
try using a eye pencil instead and it wont smear
