Make my eyes seem bigger?

I have small eyes is there anyway I can make them seem bigger ???

white eyeliner, apparently makes your eyes look more bigger and open.

Also false eyelashes do according to my magasine :)

if you wear eye liner dont put in on the inside of your eye just the out side

If you don’t already, you could use some eyeliner on the bottom to show that there’s a bottom part of your eye. The color of your eye also depends on the color eyeliner you use. Try different variations witht the color of your eyes and the color of eyeliner.
