How to calm myself down when I'm mad and want to explode?

My parents said some stuff that made me boiling mad and I’m seriously mad right now but it’s like I can’t react. its all inside me. usually I get really mad and then frustrated to I cry or something but I cant get myself to feel like that and I I really dont know what to do because im about to explode but if I do it will make the thing w/ my parents worse and im stuck,…

Take a paper and write whatever you are angry/sad about. And then crash it and throw it hard into your rubbish bin. Walk toward your window, look at the sky. Reflect what you have done. Correct your mistakes (If you have) or forgive others. Hope I’ll help.

grab a wash cloth, wet it down, and try to tare it, use that frustration, remember to wet it down so you don’t aculy rip it. but it will get rid of the energy, then you will calm down after a matter of minutes

Write. Grab a journal or a notebook or whatever and lay on your bed and write about your feelings. What did they do to make you mad? What do you feel about it? What would you of liked them to say instead of what they did? Just write until your hand is sore and continue writing, or until you just can’t think of words anymore. Don’t tell me what they did thats not important for me to know, but when you use ink to place words on a page it becomes something that just lets your emotions and intelligence flow and eases your mind.

I’ve been in your situation before. best advice would be find another way to get your anger out by for an example I usually let it all out by going driving and just think about it from all different perspective or I go snowboarding. I usually come back calm and pretty much over the argument or fight I have had with my folks.
