Low white blood count

Ok, there are times I have severe pain throughout my body. each time I go to the dr. They do a cbc and my white blood count shows up slightly low. 3.7 and 3.2 - then they tell me to come back in a few months - which I do and I am feeling better and my white blood count is up. I have gone to a rheumatologist and have done all kinds of other blood tests and nothing substantial, just a little low in vit. D. why would my white blood count be low with all this pain and then it go slightly higher when I am feeling better? I have not been myself since my hysterectomy two years ago. could it be related?

Answer #1

It could be. If your body isn’t producing enough vitamin D try taking something for it. White blood cells defend the body against bad things, Since low white blood cells are an indication of a disease, they havent tested you for many different diseases?

Answer #2

are you anemic???
