My desktop is really loud its annoying, how can I make it quieter?

You probably need to clean the dust out of the fan.

Yes you probably need to clean out the dust but be carful!! I just did it and messed mine up! Just dont rub anything!! If you do that you will wipe the computer out!!

Take it to a computer store and have THEM clean it out for you that way you won’t mess anything up in the process by yourself,just to be safe.

check the wires are not colliding with each other.

clean the smps fans .

remove the dust from the computer.
