How do you get lots of subscribers on YouTube?

You need a few videos on there that are interesting so that people will want to be notified when you put a new one up knowing they will be missing out if they are not told about it. It may take a while to build up a fan base though

Tbh, its kinda luck. i have videos with million views just as they are relative to peoples intrest, its a luck thing. Just think what is popular and go make videos of it, try to be original and also try to be the first. if a new song comes out be the first to talk bout it, etc

Well you have to put videos on that interest people, that makes people want to see them and subscribe to your channel. I have also seen people leave comments on other videos telling them to suscribe and stuff, so meaby you can try that and see if it works.

Put videos on that intrest ppl. Then i think that if you post it on sights such as myspace, facebook, here, yahoo, myyearbook, twitter, or any other social network that will help you get plenty of views.
