Answer #1

Well there’s nothing possibly wrong… Unless you don’t eat. The same thing happened to me as well. But remember you have to eat at least a little.

Answer #2

No. Every once and a while I tend to do the same thing. Although I do have more things to chose from, eventualy I do find something that sounds good. :)

constantly full means that you have probably had this loss of appetite for a long enough time that is bothers you. You need to ask yourself questions like “am I drinking too much water”, what types of food are you eating when you do eat, and what is your current activity and energy level. This might be linked to stress or pressure. Most people when they are focused for long periods of time lose their appetite (around test time). You should document your current weight, and then do it again a week from now, if there is a drop in weight that you didn’t intend to lose (through exercise and diet), then you should see a doctor. Putting on weight unexpectedly isn’t as serious as losing weight. You should also tell your parents that you haven’t been feeling very hungry and that you aren’t sure what it could be. Things like constant fatigue and headaches are signs that it might be something else, or that your lack of consumption is having a toll on your health. If either of those happen, see a doctor.
