Losing some weight in time for spring

Hello! I'm 5'9" and weigh 130lbs. I know I'm not the skinniest which is why I'm trying to lose weight. I just want to look good for spring break which is like 2 months away. Since its so cold here I can't go for runs outside or walks and I dont have a tread mill or any equipment or a gym membership. So I was wondering how to accomplish this. I keep giving into my cravings for sweets and what nots. I dont know whats wrong with me!!! Thanks in advance!
