Why can't I lose weight when I eat once a day, and ride a bicycle every morning?

I’m not too overweight, but I want to look preety in bicini, what I don’t :( any help?

& because eating once a day is NOT healthy, and it will actually make you GAIN weight :) Eat 6 small meals a day, and exercise.

Because when you starve yourself, your body is missing out on very important nutrients. Due to this, your body actually starts storing fat.

If you’d like to loose weight, you’ll have to do it the safer way. You should eat right, exercise for at least 30 minutes a day, and drink plenty of water.

Well if u do that ur sorta anorexic and soo eat 3 meals, and then twice run or sumin cause yaaaaa

Eat 6 times a day, not once. Eat a little food in the morning, mid morning, lucnch, afternoon, supper and before bed because if you dont eat alot, or eat once than dont for 12 hours, your body goes into starvation mode, keeping all the fat and not letting you lose any. You can eat food to lose weight, you just have to eat the right food. Natural foods and water are the best, and eat little and often and your pounds will melt away!
