What you need to do is work out with weights doing your chest, back and legs. Your abs is a small muscle so doing work outs focusing on your abs won't do much for them. You need to focus on the big muscle groups which will help your abs a lot. I can see great results alrdy for me.
Cut down on your total fat and sugar intake and !exercise regularly!. If not at work, then find some kind of active hobby, sport, or routine.
