Lose fat through simple workouts?

Hi guys! I’m a 14 yr old male and my height is 5’9”. I think I have stopped growing and started to grow more fat on my body. I have lady-like butts( too embarrassed to say!!!) and I have a lot of problem. Please can anyone tell me simple workouts that can help me reduce weight and fast??? ( no jogging and gym workouts plzzz!!!)

Walk instead of catching the bus; use the staircase instead of the elevator/escalator; do more housework; go swimming; walk bristly instead of walking slow; and finally, eat healthy.

Here is a bassic one with no gym needed. Do this every day, ortwice a day for better results. go easy the first time, and then increase the reps following that Pushups -3 x 10 slow ones (space your handsshoulder width Situps - 2x 20 squats - 2x15 lunges - 2x10

(ie 2x10 means 10 lunges with a small break to catch your breath, then another 10)

These are apporx no.s bassed on experiance. Put on some house music, and imagine vernon koekemoer is counting and telling you “Just anofer one my friend!”
