I weigh almost 130 pounds and I'm 14 years old. I want to be skinny.. I want my new cloth to fit me right.. But idk how :/
maybe instead of trying to lose 9 pounds in a week just make it a life style try to eat healthier n exercise n push yourself and if you cheat your diet then its gonna show cause u have to eat right try eating more vegetables n fruit n eat more often but smaller portions of food but your young so mostly exercise you know n eat right
Just try to live a healthier life, go out more and walk places you usually would catch a ride, even when you don't feel up to it push yourself to do it cause in the end you'll end up thanking yourself for digging it in! Eat a lot of fruit and vegetables which can be nicer with nuts or dressings on top in moderation. Good luck x
You can't just drop 9 pounds in a week. You know exactly how to lose weight. You need to put all the junk food away and eat only healthy meals. And you need to work out regularly.
Those clothes didn't buy you, you bought them. So wear them. Don't let them wear you. In other words, don't adjust yourself to fit a piece of fabric.
