60 pounds is a huge amount of weight to lose within 3 months, and I am inclined to say that you should ideally aim to lose only about one pound per week (i.e. taking nearer to 15 months) via a combination of:

• a balanced calorie controlled diet of healthy food; and • a realistic exercise regime;

….. taking account of the stress that your current weight is already putting on your body, and the additional stress that could be imposed by excessively strenuous exercise and a restricted calorie intake.

I am inferring some of the following from the limited information that you have provided:

current age: 18 years 6 months; weight: 183 pounds; height: 64 inches; BMI: 31.4 Health status as assessed by current “Body Mass Index” (BMI): clinically obese, to the extent that reduced fertility can be expected (ref: your other question).

target weight: 123 pounds; height: 64 inches; BMI: 21.1 Health status as assessed by target BMI: normal, but slightly below ideal, weight, and much improved fertility can be expected (ref: your other question).

It is not worth my time doing the precise calculations (as I do not know your actual height nor the amount you currently eat, nor how much exercise you take), but as a rough estimate, you would lose 60 pounds within 3 months if you drank only water, and ate nothing at all for the whole duration,

….. but nevertheless you did something in the order of 8 hours walking at a stroll, or 3½ hours seriously brisk walking; or 4 hours swimming, PER DAY, 7 days per week for the whole three months. However, NOBODY IN THEIR RIGHT MIND would advise you to attempt this - especially if you are actually trying to become pregnant:

you would be risking your own life and that of any foetus that you might be carrying.
