Drink plenty of water. Don't snack on anything. Eat 3 healthy meals a day. Keep yourself busy so you're not tempted to eat just because you're bored. Do cardio to get your heart-rate up (like running, swimming, bike riding, etc) for at least a half hour every day - I would add a couple minutes to each work out session.
Cut the junk, soda, sweets. Start more exercise, drinking water and lastly please only ask a question one time, thanks
