Loosing Weight

I am 5’6” and currently weigh 196. How much weight can I loose by May if I do the special K diet? I am running 1.5 miles every other day with a .5 hr of strength exersize, and using bike the other days of the week.

I am not sure how old you are but my sister took redotex and she lost quite a bit of pounds. You can go into the peoples medicine community and type redotex and you will see the forum and the many great results people have had. you can also look me up at sell dot com under my name amberluvsbbw or type redotex and you will find me there! Also drink plenty of water and try to limit your meals at night! Fiber is good too and apples have plenty of fiber! Good Luck

well cardio like running ect helps to bern ambdominal fat ‘’ Belly fat ‘’ so its good your running every day. mabe runn some more. but you say strenght exersize? if you make your muccles bigger && work out and stuff youll look slimmer but way more you no ?

diets like that arnt good. tbh you dont get everything you need your better of going on an all apple died or just carrots or something silly =]
