eat fruit and vegetables do 50 squats a day,50 lunges,do 1 minute of planks 10 times a day, 50 jumping squats, 50 chair dips, 30 mins of skipping and running, 1 hour on a bike. break all of the exercises down so dont do 50 squats at a time do 10 same applies for the lunges and chair dips and the planks. just keep on exercising but make sure you drink alot of water
