How can I lose my stomach and back rolls?

I developed quickly ( I got my monthly friend since I was 9) and I have always been a big hiped girl ( like the smallest pants size I have worn is an 8!) I’m either a medium or large in shirts I wear almost a D-cup bra and I have a semi-small waist (I have a little bit of stomach but not much). My friends tell me I should be happy about the body I have, that many girls wish they had it. But I have back rolls and a little bit of stomach, but people are like ‘you can’t even tell because your boobs and hips cover up those imperfections.. I still want to loose those details. What are some good exercises to get rid of them?

To get smaller you need cardio (Running, jogging, dance, anything that gets your heart rate up and you sweating) And since you want like areas around your waist to be toned, try searching belly dance, or Zumba workouts. They are great! .. And eating wise try to cut back on some dairy, sugar, and wheat, and drink lots of water.

drink lemon mix water(some drops of lemon in a glass) after wake up in morning (during empty stomach).. one day alternatetly.. ITS ONLY FOR 2-3 WEEKS .. then do some exercises for your fitness,, u will see a good result …. if u cant understand to me then tell me i will explain it more easily.. :) ALL D best ! and i m sorry i dont understand the word BACK ROLLS??

cardio. Week 1: run 1 min, walk 90 sec, repeat 8 times. 3 times a week. Week 2: run 2 min, walk 1 min, repeat 7 times. 3 times a week. Week 3: run 3 min, walk 1 min, repeat 6. 3 times a week.
