Girls often plump up a bit during adolescence and this is perfectly normal. Stick with your healthy diet and exercise routine. One hour of exercise per day is fantastic for maintaining a healthy weight. Your question does not include information regarding your height and weight, and so one thing I would like to add is that comparing yourself to others is not a particularly wise way of assessing your health.

Try to find out what your body-fat percentage is before deciding if you’re actually fat or not. If your body-fat percentage is above 27.5%, then yes it would be wise to continue exercising and dieting. Work out how many Calories per day you need to maintain your current weight, and then reduce your caloric intake by 10-20%. If it is below 27.5%, then you are doing fine :).

You might be losing fat already, without losing weight, if your fitness training includes not just aerobic exercise but also resistance- or weight-training that builds up new muscle tissue.

It’s also easy to maintain a higher than desired weight even while eating exclusively healthy foods, if you are eating the wrong balance of different kinds of healthy foods (too much of some and not enough of others). If you want to say more about what you currently eat, I and others may be able to offer some tips.

Then in terms of BMI, you are in the normal range. That means that you are certainly not overweight.
