Longer Hair!!

well if you happen to perm your hair you should just stop I havent had my hair permed in almost a year and my hair was sholder legnth and now my hair is to the middle of my back I guarantee you your hair will grow if you don’t put chemicals in it im also a mut though

Do this and also braiding hair at night 1) Please try to do shirsasan in yoga science. Do this two times a day on an empty stomach preferably in the early morning.
