Is there any lip liner that can be used on any color lipstick or do we have to use every lipstick with it's own one?

  Just be aware of mixing orange tones with pink tones. I'd get two medium colored lip liners - one that's more orange/red, and another that is more purple/red. I think those would suit most colors.
