Why does Lindsey Lohan always get out of jail?
She never has to serve her jail sentence,If it was a regular person they would never get out.
She has the money to bail herself out.
Actually, her getting out isnt that unreal from what other people would go through. She did serve a few days the first time and was let out due to overcrowding - this happens alot and in most jails. There are so many criminals and not enough room they let the ones with lesser charges out of jail and either put them on probation or house arrest depending on the crime they commited. The second time she was in for a few days and her attorney appealed the decision in another hearing and the judge decided to let her out - also a commen occurance especially for something as minor as a failed drug test on probation. They will let you out and make your probation more strict. It happen all the time for “normal” people as well.
