Will Lindsay Lohan's early release from rehab help or hinder the fallen star?

Lindsey is not the only person to get released due to over crowding. It actually happens quite often in big city prisons, inmates with less serious charges get released and put on a strict probation or house arrest because there are no rooms in the ja.ils…it happens daily. Although, as far as her entire scentencing and rehab stints..its a joke. Any other person who would have broke their probation and go dwis while under probation would have gotten alot more then 90 days. Shes making a joke out of the legal system…but then again…most celebs do.

I think I she wanted help for herself she would’ve stayed in rehab. As for the jail thing, I mean atleast it wasn’t prison. Jails, prisons aren’t exactly happy places. My dad used to work as a security guard at a prison and he hates talking about it. I don’t think she deserved going to jail.

Prison isnt exactly the best rehab. And I know they say substance abuse counseling is effective even if a person is there involuntarily. I dont buy it. I dont care how they came to that conclusion, if someone has no desire to quit substances, then they’re not going to quit. You can stick her in rehab a 100 times. Until she decides her life is a mess and she needs to get better, she isnt going to.

i think she can go to jail for years and years but still won’t change. she needs to want to change to change. and i don’t think that she wants to.
