Is lifting weights bad for you at a young age well im sixteen but im also not very tall does that affect me in any way

it can stun your growth but I started workin out at 12 and it hasn’t stuned mine, so do that schedule because its not that bad lol oh well I dont do church but its a good list

not at all, go for it. here is my schedule mon- chest/triceps tue- back/biceps wed- legs/shoulders thur- chest/triceps fri- back/biceps sat- shoulders sun- Go to church/rest

no. If your in sports and stuff then it’s better. If you just want to do it then yeah go for it!!

Actually my mom told mi brother that if you lifted weights at a young age then it stuns your growth!! But I don’t know because imma girl but yea mi brothers pretty damn short for 15 AND he’s mi twin brother and I’m like 5’6((I no I’m tall for a girl but oh well I gotta live with it!)) Soo yea I don’t know for suree,but yea mi bro lifts weight and he’s kinda short but maybe its just cause I’m like madd tall but who knows!!! Lolz hope I helped!!! =]
