It depends on the terms of your probation. But i would advise in you staying in the state ur in cuz if you don’t you could get in trouble and have your punishment worsened

Answer #2

Definitely wait till you get the next letter. You don’t want to worsen the situation. Talk to your solicitor and find out what breaches your probation.

Answer #3

No you can’t leave state without checking with your P.O.

Answer #4

ask your proby

Answer #5

Anytime you are on probation mandated by a judge, you can not leave the state, not even for a day. If you want to move you need to talk to your parol officer and then you will most likely have to talk to a judge to see if they will allow you to move
