I mean, what is it? It’s not in a state…and it’s not a state itself…? Do you think it should be included in a state, or become the 51st state in the United States of America?
What are your opinions?
bcuz they want it to be not affiliated by the states. its mutual ground for the whole nation, not bound to any states and its rules or influenced by any single state’s interests.
