The best thing I learned from my parents is that some things aren't ever meant to be. Even if you spend your entire life dreaming about it, it might never happen. That's why it's better to just realize reality sooner than later.
My great grandma taught me that if you want to get married soon, you need to be tall. Boy, it's a good thing I'm short. :D
How to end up with someone who is entirely wrong for you - and subsequently, how to avoid it! My parents marriage was a disaster (though they are both lovely people!) and my mothers second marriage was even worse. It taught me to be an excellent judge of character, and to never settle for someone who doesnt deserve you
Yup, my mum knows nearly everyone in my town. It's a small town. It was funny because I told my mum I started smoking and someone my mum knew seen me smoking and phoned my mum straight away. My mum doesn't approve of some of the things I do but it's better off me telling her than her hearing it from someone else.
The best things I learned from my parents, was to learn how to be respectful and know right from wrong. That's about it. I have other things I've learned but I wanted to share the two best things I learned from them as a child and when I was a teenager.
the best thing i learned from my MOM is to be whoever you are and dont hide yourself, treat every person ecualey (shortly, not to be racist).and another girly thing so never mind haha
Be careful on who you choose to be your friend cause later in life they'll change and you won't like what kind of person they really are. Both my parents taught me that.
the best thing i learned from my dad was how not to act and the best thing i learned from my mom was how to put up with my dad
To always be there fir your family. To never disown or hold a grudge because thwy will always be your family no matter what.
Everybody is equal. It's our possessions that make us different. When it comes down to it... We are all EXACTLY the same.
If you dont expect, you can't be disappointed (it sounds better in my language, but that's basically it).
the best thing my parents taught me is that we can follow our dreams no matter what others say. :-)
They know what's best for you, and that's because they've been through all of the things you have.
stick up for myself, dont give up, be truthful and fight for wht i beleiv in. and man many more:)
Don't lie to them cause they are always going to find out - I learned that the hard way.
Dont marry unless its for love and dont settle for a job you hate.
My dad taught me that, and it's happened SO FU*KING much
Cool thing is, I actually got a friend to stop smoking.
Cool. I'm currently in the process of quitting. :)
Just to be honest. It helps alot in the long run !
Just to be honest. It helps alot in the long run !
That's good, we made a strict deal, that's why
I wish my parents thought that renee
mother's instincts are always right
That everything is a ripple effect.
Dont depend on other people.
We work for what we want.
