Well what kind of music? I can read Music for Cello and Gutair.

Each different position on the staff is a different key, each different note is a different beat. It’s rather hard to sum up in a short space like this. Perhaps ask a friend or someone you know to teach you to read, or search up online tutorials for it.

You won’t be able to teach yourself how to read music without a teacher. You may understand a bit of it, but without a teacher you won’t get very far- sorry but true.
