What Is The Least Common Multiple Of 6 And 16?
The answer would be 32 actually.. Look at this, and you'll know my answer is right. (: 16- 16, 32... 2- 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 14, 16, 18, 20, 22, 24, 26, 28, 30, 32.. See..The least common "number" in both of these is 32. Not 48, or 2. Two would be the GCF. I don't know how the heck someone got 48.
emmalism3268, I dont mean to be rude or anything but 6 cant go into 32 evenly. so I dont know how you got 32. I think you got the numbers wrong. lovemeforeverx3 asked the lcm of 16 and 6. not 16 and 2. if it was 2, you would be right. but its not. so its 48.
48 is right!
Factor 16 = 2 x 2 x 2 x 2
Factor 6 = 2 x 3
So the least common multiple has to have four 2's and one 3 OR 2 x 2 x 2 x 2 x 3 = 48
um, no, it's 48, just as wonderpetsrule said..ya know, that's kind of an odd name..haha, off track:p
I need help? mhhmmm I jst woke up when I asked my question... my man aint ya baby's daddy
Oh yeah, I was thinking of 2, not 3. xD Yeah, the LCM would be 48, exactly.
yeah, 48. some of you are thinking GCF, greatest common factor.
No the real answer is 48.
hope this helps!!!
1? 3? what she said.
I think it is 2
