You can either go through you cellphone service provider which will cost a little more, or look in your local yellowpages for cellphone repair shops. Im not sure what they have where you live but here we have over 4 iphone repair shops in our town alone. They do nothing but iphone repairs and selling parts for the iphone.
Most iphone related stuff can be found at your local apple store, if you have one near you.
