Ok so I have this... Growth on my inside thigh. I've had it as long as I can remember but it started off barely pimple size.. Now its the size of a ping pong ball... Its soft and doesnt hurt... What is it!? Do I have cancer? Is it a tumor???

No? Hmm, maybe you should go to a doctor then. Since my mind powers have failed me, and I never went to medical school, I think a physician would be your next best thing.
What i would do is just go to the doctor and see what they say.
