Every morning I take a one a day and drink a glass or air borne it helps a little but I still find myself looking for a natral way to gain ambition and energy any advice
A vitamin and an energy drink is not a good way to start your day. If anything, you're doing more harm than good.
You need a well balanced breakfast with fruit, carbs, and /or meats to give you energy that will last longer than an energy drink will.
I had the same problems recently . I was always tired and had no energy , until my doctor told me it was a lack of iron . go buy iron pils and take one every other day . it will help:)
It actually is intended for both purposes...still, it's not a balanced breakfast.
Air borne is an imune system booster not an energy drink.
