Keeping puppy out of garden

How can I train puppy not to go into garden And we cant put a fence around it

Put a leash on him in an area where he can’t reach the garden.

This will be time intensive if you want to “train” him to keep out…Use a long line (25 foot nylon rope-1/2 inch thick…let him go anywhere he wants, except the garden…if he starts heading there, give a tug, and say “BACK”…firmly…this will take a LOT of patience…puppies are naturally so curious…and there’s nothing like already dug up dirt to tempt a pup to dig. It might be easier to buy some of those little garden sectioning things like people use around flower beds…but that would depend on how tall this pup is going to be…They are temporary, so it’s not like fence.

This is also a good way to teach a pup to stay in your yard…
