Kandis..Where are you?

okay so my sister is 14 and I haven’t seen of herd anything about her since she was 4 and I was 14 I’m 24 and I have been looking for her since the day my mom left her father and put him and jail for malesting her. she got lost in the system some how but if anyone can tell me how to search for a minor help me out. 14/5 Kandis leigh marshall…I herd her last name could be changed to johnson..I don’t have credit cards or anytning to pay for any service to find her I’m just trying to get some opinions I came across hwr myspace page but just her name and picture she hasn’t been on in over a year and her profile is locked. any ingo is great…thanx
