Even juices that say 100 percent juice are high in artificial sugars. Drink water instead and eating fruit is also better than a glass of juice because its natural sugars.

The only time juice would be good for you when trying to lose weight, would be if you made it yourself. Throw some fruits and vegetables in a juicer, make you own natural juice. This way you get your serving of fruits and vegetables, without having to actually eat them if you don’t particularly like them. You would be surprised how good all those vegetables taste when combined with fruit and made into a juice. Here are some combinations that you can try. :)

#1 1 cup - pineapple with juice 1/2 cup - carrots 1/8-inch - slice lemon, with peel 1 cup - ice cubes

#2 4 - carrots 6 - strawberries

#3 4 large carrots 6 rounds of pineapple
