Lets say you find 2 juices same flavor, but one has 35 calories and 120 of sodium and the other has 120 calories, but has 15 of sodium. What juice would you choose? Tell me please thank you.
The lower sodium for 2 reasons - 1) the sodium might make me thirstier, and 2) there's so much sodium in everything these days and it's not great for blood pressure.
the sodium is much more likely to make you theirstier so i would go for 120 cals and 15 sod... :)
i only drink water and on required occasions milk lol
