How can he take vacation early without losing his job?
Ok so my boyfriend started wrking at this job in april..and at that time we already had our vacation planned for august and paid for so can anybody tell me what he can do to get off wrk but not fired…
Have him ask his boss and explain his situation of already paying for the trip. If the boss says no, then so be it he doesn’t go, but there is always a chance that he will get it off. Remember there is no harm in asking so long as it is with integrity.

See if you can postpone the vacation without any cost. Otherwise, have him explain things to his employer and see if his employer will allow him to take an unpaid leave of absence for that period of time.
He could take a sick leave/stress leave, but I really don’t think his job would give him much considering he hasn’t worked there long. Most places don’t give vacation leave unless you work there much longer.
If you can get a refund on the stuff you purchased, I recommend doing that. Having a job to pay for stuff when you return is very important, more important than the vacation. Postpone the vac!
