iTunes Problem

Ok I ahven’t used iTunes in such a long time,before I got on here I tried redownloading it,but it keeps saying that Norton Security Centere whatever is suspened and well I am having issues trying to get iTunes back.Help me out if you understand me.

Looks like the virus protection is stopping it, if Norton is suspended you might as well remove it from your system, restart your computer, then try downloading iTunes again.

I had the same problem with Norton and itunes. I think it has something to do with their last update, that is when mine was blocked. Try going into Norton and pull up the list of blocked programs. You can move itunes over to the unblocked side. restart the computer. Then try downloading itunes and running it.

My Norton would not hold the setting. My subscription was about to expire and I renewed it and that cured my problem. Hope you can just unblock the programs it is blocking from use.
