From itunes to my ipod

Does anyone know stepbystep how I can download music to my folder then to ultimately on the ipod nano ???

ya just open itunes and after you got the music in your folder hit file then import to libary and then find the file and hit open once you got it look for it in your libary and click and drag the song over your ipods name thingy

Go to iTunes click on the music and drag it to your music and it will sync to your iPod
