What can somebody do/take that isn't perscription when they think they are getting sick?

There is a product called Emergence-C that you can mix in ice water. It comes in several flavors and tastes kind of like lemonade. It’s a really good product that has vitamin C and other ingredients to keep you from getting sick.

Just like “fairygirlcards” said, Vitamin C. You could also take echinacea. I’ve been taking something called Bee Propolis (it’s from honey bees, so be careful if you’re allergic to bees, honey etc), but it is a natural anti-viral, anti-fungal and anti-bacterial. I’ve managed to elude all the flus/colds etc that have been going around this year (let’s hope I didn’t jinx it..; )
