Is it OK to wear tampons to bed?
I wear tampons all the time. Even to bed. But I DO NOT go over 7 to 8 hours of wearing them. Is that okay?
I do and I’ve never had TSS. Make sure you put a new one in right before you go to bed and change it soon as you get up. To help me remember, I lay the wrapper where I get ready in the morning.

ye I wear mine to bed too I always have.. I can not wear pads they just feel so iritating if you are worried phone the docz best advice to stop the worry x
Um…in my opinion, I wouldn’t wear a tampon for more than 4 hrs. A girl in my class wore it for about 8 hrs and she got toxic shock syndrome and she pretty much almost died. Yes, I know this is drastic and it may not happen to you but I guess you can never be too careful. Make sure you’re clean clean clean and wash your hands before and after applying the tampon. Maybe you should try to wear an overnight pad? I wear tampons too and they’re great but I just think you shouldn’t wear it to bed.
there right, it can cause TSS, but it’s really rare. I wear mine to bed.. but that’s me.
