Is my diet well-balanced?

okay i need to know if my diet is well balanced etc. here’s what i ate today.

breakfast: wheetbix with banana glass of pauls smart white milk

lunch: an orange tuna and lettuce sandwhich on soy and linseed helgas bread

afternoon snack: very small bowl of nestle diet 99.9% mango yoghurt another glass of milk

dinner: big bowl of salad (lettuce, capsicum, cucumber and celery) with fat free dressing smallish bowl of spaghetti

You should add two more snacks in there(like between breakfast and lunch and then after dinner)

Your portions look pretty good but with the added snacks you should cut your dinner down a little. (just a little!)

Kudos for having such a healthy diet!

( 6 small meals a day is very beneficial. Your body won’t store fat in preparation of starving like it does with 3 large meals)
