What should a balanced diet include?

can anybody plzz discribe for me the foos and properties a healthy diet should include ?

ok you need to have at least 7 meals a day. I know this sounds crazy but you will need all the “in between meals” to be healthy! 1) breakfast 2)brunch 3) Lunch 4) Snack meal 5) Dinner 6) Snack (not big) 7) a snack whenver else you get hungry perferable before you eat breakfast (not Big)

This may seem like a lot but if you balance well your motabolism and digeestive health will be better. In each of the meals you will need to try to stay away from very unhealthy thing. Try to only indulge once a week or less.
