Well I own a copy of Dance Dance Revolution 2, and they have this Workout mode that Keeps track of how many calories you lose. Is it likely this even Works? I think it does because I have been losing Weight because of this Game. Today I burned about 110 in about 10 minutes of playing, about 5 or 6 songs. This is possible, right? I have a Quick Metabolism so I think it does. any help? and am I overweight? I'm 5'11 and I weigh 130, I'm thirteen. =) ...
There's no way of people just being able to tell you, "Yes you're overweight," or "No you're not overweight," without even seeing you. Most of your weight could be fat, or most of it could be muscle. That's why BMI tests are so inaccurate. But FYI, according to your BMI (5'11" and 130 lbs) you're underweight. And as for the game, I don't know how accurately it would be able to keep track of how many calories you burn because peoples' bodies work at different rates. But just getting up and moving around is good for you, so...kudos!
If it helps at all, I'm very muscular, very little actual fat I'd say. Gosh, I hope I'm not underweight. That would suck.

It wouldn't be the Light I don't think, it's the 2nd one, so it's hard but not Traditional or Advanced. =/
your a little over almost none tho. your pretty tall for your age too so you should be fine.
Hmm...I burn about 450 Calories a day if it works. ^_^
