Is there any sport of post recovery to do after laryngitis? Like athleats have to do physical trainning after getting hurt. I had laryngitisfor over a month and I am just getting over it. My voice is back but I is not as strong. Do I need to do something. I have also noticed that my high voice is really weak and at times not there at all. What can I do?
I dont really know... But it's scary how vocalists in bands that scream too much get bloody throats and they have to end their career early because their vocal chords dont work right anymore... and they lost their voice completely! D:
ummm... yeah! I am trying to avoid that. I just got really sick and I got it. I don't misuse my cords. :)
it is when you can't talk or sing... basicly losing your voice.
