Sort of a "sympathetic vibration" in my tooth?

When I walk around and I bounce a little, or (and I know this sounds stupid) I hit the side of my head, my very back tooth on the right side of my mouth feels weird. The closest I can describe it is sort of a sympathetic vibration. It gets a little annoying, as you can understand.

What is this caused by, and is there anything I can do?

can you feel a cavity in it? when I have a cavity sometimes I get a feeling sort of like that. and the very back tooth is a common place to get a cavity, as its not as easily reached by your toothbrush.
