an uncircumcised pens can get STD’s just like a circumcised pens can. And if she has cold sores (around her mouth) you could get herpes. Or she could get an STD from you. It is very common for people to get STD’s in their mouth. That’s why no matter what you should always use a condom.

weather the skin from your penis is gone or not, you can still have an sti or an std removing the skin does nothing, it doesnt keep them away, and it doesnt lower your chances of getting them either thats a rediculos myth, that is confusing too many people, like yourself if either one of you has has previose sexual partners either one of you can have and can catch an sti or/and std a condom will prevent most (but not all) of those
